He understands sound and noise as art.. He believes most people only see the art of sound through music, however he sees all sorts of noise as music. Yes, It makes me realize that noise is prevalent almost everywhere and often goes filtered and unnoticed. Music is often seen as art more so because it is tends to be audibly pleasing.
